What are your hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on major holidays. Availability for sessions varies by clinician. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our office for more information.
How do I set up an initial appointment?

It is easy to get started! Give us a call at (757) 702-0118 to speak with our intake coordinator. We will gather information to match you with the best therapist that fits your needs and get you scheduled for your first session.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that clients give at least 24 hours’ notice before a missed appointment. Failure to notify us will result in a fee amounting to the cost of the session. Repeated missed sessions without notification will result in discharge from services.
With what age ranges do you work?
We work with all age groups. Contact us to be matched with the best therapist for your needs.
What do you do in sessions with clients?
Upon intake, your therapist will build a unique, comprehensive care plan. Our clinicians are passionate about being refreshingly fun, often incorporating interventions like music or other creative outlets for an unforgettable therapy experience. Most of our clients leave their sessions feeling energized and inspired.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are between 53 and 60 minutes long, with telehealth or in-person options.
How often will I need to come to therapy?
Frequency can vary. Your therapist will work with you to customize a treatment plan based on your goals. Many clients choose to have weekly or biweekly sessions.
What modalities do you use in your client work?
Our clinicians use a combination of varying modalities ranging from Cognitive-Behavorial Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to achieve the results you want. The path toward healing and healthy living will bring self-awareness, better relationships, and the tools to achieve balance.
