Instead, developing long-term skills, a positive self-image, trusting your decision-making, building confidence, setting boundaries, honest self-reflections, and using healthy communication are keys to creating a positive and genuine relationship with yourself.

I desire to get you to this place so you can be the best version of you – feeling sure about who you are and what you are capable of.

My focus is to work with individuals struggling with a life transition, anxiety, relationships, stress, anger, trauma, balancing responsibilities, ADHD, redefining your life, recovering from toxic relationships, and developing skills and confidence to navigate life.

Life is not just about getting by and surviving. You deserve to THRIVE.

I know what it is like to experience unimaginable life changes and impossible challenges. I also know what the power of feeling connected and acknowledged can do to make space for healing and nurturing growth. We can begin the healing process by understanding how life experiences impact us and connecting our mind, body, and soul.

If you choose to invite me on your journey, we will work toward your goals while building resilience, self-compassion, and stress tolerance by using self-care strategies to promote long-term positive change. I will always strive to meet you where you are and help you navigate places you feel stuck.

I utilize an eclectic approach to fit your needs, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based treatments. I have a passion and curiosity for understanding how our bodies function. I use this knowledge in my work to develop effective and creative ways to self-regulate and increase awareness of internal and external reactions.

I am a graduate and enthusiastically proud alumni of Texas Tech University, especially when it’s football season!

I love to spend my free time outside, whether at the beach, hitting a trail, or freshening up my planter beds. If you see me outside of session, I will most likely be searching for a breezy taco spot with my dogs and an iced tea in hand!
